About Us

Lohnica was founded by Marius Kreis, an expert in HR tech and payroll solutions with many years of experience in software development. After founding the company Elohna in Switzerland at the beginning of 2016, the innovative payroll solution was successfully acquired by bexio in 2017 - proof of the outstanding quality and added value of the technology developed. Marius remained with bexio as product manager for payroll accounting until 2019, even after bexio was acquired by Schweizerische Mobiliar Versicherungsgesellschaft in 2018. With this wealth of experience, Marius launched Lohnica in mid-2023 to develop innovative payroll solutions for the German market.
